These terms govern repair services provided by Sub Tech Repairs at 757 Rue Beaubien Est, Montréal, QC.

Repair Services

We provide a free diagnostic and a firm price quote before beginning any repair. Work begins only after you approve the quote. Repair times are estimates and may vary depending on parts availability and the nature of the issue.

Warranty

Repairs are backed by a 1-year warranty covering the parts replaced and the workmanship, under normal use. The warranty does not cover subsequent physical or liquid damage, or issues unrelated to the original repair. Genuine Apple parts are used where available.

Data and Devices

Back up your device before service when possible. We are not responsible for data loss during repair. Devices not collected within 90 days of repair completion may be subject to a storage fee or considered abandoned.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the repair. We accept the payment methods displayed in store.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
