Google Pixel repair prices in Montreal
The final price depends on the exact model (a Pixel 10 Pro XL screen doesn’t cost the same as a Pixel 8a screen) and on the part you pick: new original, used-original or quality compatible. It is always confirmed before the repair.

Which Pixel do you have? Find your exact model
Your exact model is listed under Settings › About phone, on the Model line. Copy it into the quote form, for example “Pixel 9 Pro XL” or “Pixel 8a”: it sets the price of the screen and battery. An older model, like the Pixel 5 or 4a? Tell us anyway.
Repair by Pixel generation
Before paying for a repair, check whether your Pixel is eligible for a Google extended repair program: a swollen Pixel 7a battery, or a vertical line or flicker on the Pixel 8 and Pixel 9 Pro and 9 Pro XL displays, subject to Google’s conditions.
Pixel 11, 11 Pro and 11 Pro XL
The generation launched in 2026. For a phone this new, call before you drop by: we’ll confirm the screen or battery is available for your exact model. If the fault isn’t accidental and the Pixel is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, check with Google first.
Pixel 10, 10 Pro, 10 Pro XL and 10a
Launched in 2025 (the 10a later). On a phone this age, typical damage is a screen cracked in a fall, a USB-C port packed with lint and a scratched or split camera lens. If the screen still turns on, back up the phone before coming in.
Pixel 9, 9 Pro, 9 Pro XL and 9a
Launched in 2024 (the 9a later). The camera bar and back glass often take the hit when the phone lands on its back. Cracked glass or a split lens lets in dust and moisture: have it replaced before the camera suffers.
Pixel 8, 8 Pro and 8a
Launched in 2023 (the 8a in 2024). With the Pixel 8, Google announced seven years of OS and security updates: a new screen or battery easily pays for itself. After three years, the battery is usually the first thing to fade.
Pixel 7, 7 Pro and 7a
Launched in 2022 (the 7a in 2023). At this age, battery wear is the most common issue: a swelling battery can push the screen up or pop the back glass. Screen bulging or a gap opening on the side? Stop charging and bring the phone in.
Pixel 6, 6 Pro and 6a
Launched in 2021 (the 6a in 2022), these were the first Pixels with the Tensor chip and an under-display fingerprint sensor. A battery or charging port is almost always worth it; for a screen and back glass together, we first compare with what the phone is worth.
Pixel a-series: 6a, 7a, 8a, 9a and 10a
The “a” Pixels cost less to buy, so the repair price matters even more. Used-original parts (from $20, plus tax) or quality compatible parts can make all the difference: we show you the options side by side, and you choose.
Foldable Pixels: Pixel Fold, 9 Pro Fold, 10 Pro Fold and 11 Pro Fold
A foldable Pixel has an outer screen, a large inner screen that folds and a hinge: we assess all three at the free diagnostic. The inner screen is the most delicate part of the phone: its availability and the exact price are confirmed before we start.
The most common Pixel repairs
Cracked or black screen, or touch not responding
Screen replacement from $39, plus tax, often done in 10 to 30 minutes, depending on the model and parts in stock. Green lines, a black screen while the phone vibrates, “ghost” touches: it’s almost always the OLED panel. To compare: phone screen repair cost in Montreal.
Battery draining or swelling
Battery replacement from $29, plus tax, often in 10 to 30 minutes, depending on the model and parts in stock. The signs: battery life melting away, the phone dying before 0%, a case that starts to bend. Swollen battery? Stop charging it and bring the Pixel in right away.
USB-C port not charging
We first check the cable, the charger and the bottom of the port: packed lint often stops the cable from seating properly. If the USB-C port really is damaged: repair from $39, plus tax, often in 10 to 30 minutes, depending on the model and parts in stock. To narrow it down before coming in: phone not charging: cable, port or battery?
Camera, speaker, microphone and back glass
Front or rear camera, speaker and microphone: from $29, plus tax, often in 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the model and parts in stock. People can’t hear you on calls? It’s sometimes a clogged microphone rather than a broken one. Back glass is assessed on site.
Pixel dropped in water or won’t turn on
Water resistance decreases with wear and can’t be guaranteed once the phone has been opened. After contact with liquid, turn the Pixel off, don’t charge it and bring it in quickly: we clean and repair the logic board under the microscope, and we attempt to recover your photos even if it won’t start. See phone water damage: what to do and data recovery.
Fingerprint sensor and screen replacement
Since the Pixel 6, the fingerprint sensor on non-foldable models sits under the screen, and Google released a calibration tool to use after a screen replacement. With a compatible screen, it may not work: we tell you before you choose. On the Pixel Fold, 9 Pro Fold and 10 Pro Fold, the sensor is in the side button: a screen replacement doesn’t touch it.
Is it worth repairing a Google Pixel?
For a Pixel 8, 9, 10 or 11, almost always: these phones still have years of updates ahead, and a new screen or battery costs a fraction of a new phone. For a Pixel 6 or 7, or an “a” model, compare the repair price, given before we start, with what the phone is worth: we tell you straight if it isn’t worth it. Would you rather part with it?
